Orders can be placed by any times 24 hours, Monday-Sunday. Processing time usually takes 1 -2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping distance.
All our orders are shipped via carriers by the location.
When your order is ready to be shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been processed and you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail from us by shipping methods. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site.
You can also check the status of your order on our website. Go to order status page and enter the required information. You may also contact our Customer Service Representative via our contact us online form or by email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Make sure to include your Order Number and your Name when reaching out to our Customer Service Representative to help expedite the process.
If a parcel does not reach a customer within 60 days, we consider it as missing. In these cases, we can re-send a new parcel or process a refund.
- Unclaimed Return
Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship the order to you; however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address. Therefore, make sure to enter correct address and contact information.
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
Within the domestic U.S, Canada, UK.
Shipping not available for outside of the U.S/ Puerto Rico / U.S virgin Islands and Armed Forces Americas

TAX AND DUTIES
Since we are shipping products from fulfilment centers based in the United States, shipping outside of the US may be subject to tax and duties as it is considered a cross-boarder international shipping. Please be aware that extra customs fee may be imposed for shipments to international shipping; we recommend that you check the estimated tax duties when placing orders.
The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by recipient's countries as part of clearing their parcel through customs or when they receive their item. We may be able to provide you with some information on import costs, however, it's important to verify with your country's customs agency for more specific details and information. We will not be accepting returns on orders due to taxes issues.
Packages do not process and ship from our distribution center on the following holidays:
