Orders can be placed by any times 24 hours, Monday-Sunday. Please allow 2-3 business days for the order to be processed and prepared for shipment.
*Packages are not shipped from our distribution centers on weekends and holidays.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping distance.
TRACKING ORDERS
When your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail with shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. Please note, we are unable to send notifications for orders without email information.
You can also check the status of your order on our website. Go to order status page and enter the required information. You may also contact our Customer Service by email.
Make sure to include your order number and your name when reaching out to Customer Service to help expedite the process.
DELIVERY FAILURE

We are not responsible for orders that are lost after shipment is stated to be complete by the carrier.
- Unclaimed Return
Orders that are returned due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. We are happy to re-ship; however, additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address. Therefore, make sure to enter correct address and contact information.

TAX AND DUTIES
Since we are shipping products from fulfilment centers based in the United States, shipping outside of the US may be subject to tax and duties as it is considered a cross-boarder international shipping. Please be aware that extra customs fee may be imposed for shipments to international shipping; we recommend that you check the estimated tax duties when placing orders.
The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by recipient's countries as part of clearing their parcel through customs or when they receive their item.
